Program Scope. This course is not intended to initiate participants into facilitating any kind of plant or animal medicines. As a medicine woman, I am sharing the context of my personal practice and learnings as a way to frame Earth-based energetic work. My goal is to create a more comprehensive program in the future that expands on this 12-week container. However, this course itself is not an initiation into that work. It is an opportunity to explore YOUR medicine, to step into it, and allow your path to unfold naturally from these presentations and exercises.

Participation and Voluntary Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that your participation in the program is voluntary and you assume all risks associated with such participation. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Daniela Riojas and Intikhana, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you while participating in the program.

Refunds and Cancellations. Given the nature of our digital content, we do not offer refunds or credit on purchases. All sales are final. Please carefully consider your decision before purchasing the program.

Confidentiality. You agree to keep all proprietary information, including course materials and discussions, confidential and not to share them with third parties without the explicit written permission of Daniela Riojas and Intikhana, LLC.

Intellectual Property. All materials provided in this program, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and course content, are the property of Daniela Riojas and Intikhana, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided in the program without explicit written permission from Daniela Riojas and Intikhana, LLC.

Code of Conduct. Participants are expected to engage in the program respectfully and constructively. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Intikhana, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer and client agreement.
