Hello and welcome to the Intikhana Mentorship Course. My name is Daniela Riojas and I will be your instructor and guide throughout the duration of this program. 

 If you are taking this course, that means that you have come into a very strong knowing that you have gifts and talents that you are wanting to explore. One of the most important aspects of this journey we’ll be on together is that you honor and acknowledge the unique medicine that wants to flow through you. 

 That you acknowledge your own special gifts that are specific to you, your soul, and the purpose for why you’re here on Earth.

 Throughout this course not only will I be providing context for what it means to become a clear channel for the medicine that wants to flow through you, but I will also be providing tools and exercises that will clear and prepare you as a vessel so that you are mentally prepared and informed for what it means to harness these energies.

 Ultimately these practices are practices of deep connection to the earth and through this connection to the Earth, we can connect to all other realms. I am very excited and honored to have you be a part of this journey, for you to step into your authentic voice and for you to embody your unique and higher self. 

Intikhana 3-Month Mentorship students are held by the guidelines presented, privacy, social media, grievance and disclaimer policies. all students must sign and agree to these policies for accountability and integrity as participants of the Intikhana 3-Month Mentorship program

Intikhana 3-Month Mentorship students are held accountable in knowing This course is not intended to be an initiation into facilitating any kind of plant or animal medicines. this course is intended for you to explore and refine YOUR inner medicine.

Course Material AVAILABILITY: all course modules ACCESSIBLE through Kajabi will be available to you to access for a total of one year (365 days) from your day of enrollment. After that course material will be available for a subscription price of $88/month.

The purpose of the Grievance Policy for the Intikhana 3-Month Mentorship course is to provide equitable and orderly processes to resolve grievances by students. This procedure allows for a formal and standardized way for students to seek a remedy for any actions by instructors that are unauthorized, unjust, and those that adversely affect the status, rights, and privileges of the students. we strive to provide the highest quality education that is rooted in upmost respect, reverence, and ethicality. however this policy gives the student a right to file a grievance if they believe they have been improperly served by following the steps listed. 

1. Face to Face Resolution: the student is heavily encouraged to bring resolution of the grievance by communicating and bringing it to the attention of the relevant instructor. this attempt of face to face resolution should be brought up and communicated within 14 days of the concern arising. 

2. Written Grievance: if the student is unsatisfied with the response from the face to face resolution then the student may make a formal, written complaint to the instructor. 

To submit a written grievance the student is required to submit a written grievance letter titled "statement of grievance". this must be a clear, detailed, signed and dated statement of events from the students perspective. this letter should provide all information relevant to present a clear understanding of the concern and of the remedy the student is seeking in regards to this concern. 

This formal written grievance must be submitted within 30 days of the concern arising. the admin team will review the written grievance and provide a written response within 15 days of receiving the statement of grievance.

Please refer to a physician should any alarming pains, ailments, or physical complications arise. You are voluntarily participating in these activities and agree to release Daniela Riojas and Intikhana, LLC from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of the program. 

This course is not intended to be an initiation into facilitating any kind of plant or animal medicines. As a medicine woman, I am using the context of my own personal practice and learnings as a way to frame Earth-based energetic work. My goal is to create a course or program in the future which further expands on this 12-week container, yet this course in and of itself is not an initiation into that work. Though, as stated before, this is an opportunity to explore YOUR medicine; to step into it and allow your path to unfold naturally from these presentations and exercises.
