Honoring the Medicine Path: Month One

- Shadow Work and Ancestral Healing -

This comprehensive and fully self-paced
month course is meant to provide a deeply introspective guide into one’s inner world

______
During my years of practicing as a curandera and facilitator in ceremonial space, I have seen countless souls begin awakening to their gifts. Usually, this unfolds with a mixture of excitement, confusion, deep inner-knowing, and also doubt. When we begin to hear the calling to step further into space holding, healing, channeling, walking a medicine path, and working with Earth-based practices, it can oftentimes come with intense feelings of overwhelm.

As a guide within these spaces, I've developed teachings in response to what many have come to me for in search of clarity. When beginning to inquire into these pathways it is vital to slow down, ground, look within, and develop a healthy form of patience for these sacred paths. It takes time and also a keen sense of self-awareness in order to maintain a safe level of integrity within a practice. Additionally, it is a part of my mission as a teacher to guide students into principles rooted in Indigenous wisdom, which calls us to honor the Earth and spiritual pathways as a Way of Life.

- MONTH ONE -

Shadow Work and Ancestral Healing

In developing these courses, I have drawn from the processes I have undergone through my own initiations and synthesized them to be of guidance for those who are exploring a clearer relationship with their unique medicine. This month of teachings is the preparatory foundation which will ready students for traversing their gifts, by first setting forth very necessary questions surrounding unresolved shadows, identifying blockages around connection and expression, and the baggage we may be carrying within our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits which are not allowing our gifts to be fully activated.

Likewise, these paths of spiritual space-holding require a very grounded sense of personal integrity. Answering these callings also come with the responsibility of looking inward to understand where we are operating from in wanting to be of service. And determining a deep sense of alignment within ourselves first so that our service is energetically clean, informed, and precise. By first doing this internal work, we are able to connect to the medicine of our instruments, tools, allies, plants, and all other supporting forces not from extraction, but through integral and reciprocal relationship. Building a healthy relationship with ourselves allows our connections with our allies to synergize authentically.

Honoring the Medicine Path: Month One

The foundation of the Intikhana Mentorship is meant to instill a sense of integrity within the ever-expanding popularity of Indigenous practices, and to bring forward principles that call for respect and reverence in walking the Medicine Path

This 4-week course is the prerequisite to the following course, Intikhana Mentorship: Honoring the Medicine Path Month Two and Three, which will include live integration calls and additional guest teachers. Completing Month One in its entirety is required for continuing on to Month Two and Three. The intention for having Month One as a stand alone is to give students the opportunity to fully integrate before continuing on to further teachings.

An assessment will be given after completing Month One. It is essential that each student diligently follows through with every module in Month One, taking the time to internalize the teachings from the lectures and putting them into practice.

The final assessment will act as an application to determine eligiblity to advance to Months Two and Three. It is important that each student establishes a solid foundation before moving forward into the next container.
