Arrival Time for Participants: 8:30am
Ceremony Start Time: 9:30am
Ceremony End Time: 2:30pm
Post-Ceremony Meal: 3:00pm
Open-Heart Integration Share: 3:00-4:00pm
Wrap-Up and Head Home: 4:00pm
