INTIKHANA MENTORSHIP: Honoring the medicine pathÂ
A school to assist in the development of intuitive gifts, skills, and Earth-based energetic practices. Methodologies in Indigenous curanderismo, healing arts, and music. Informed by elders and ancestral ways. Now split into two parts, this educational container is meant to cultivate student's gifts while providing tools to safely step into channeling their unique medicine.Â

- Month One -Â
The prerequisite to Month Two and Three. AÂ virtual one-month educational container meant to cultivate a deeper relationship to your inner world, and to facilitate inquiry into one's shadows and aspects of ancestral healing. Month One lays the necessary groundwork for preparing one's vessel for deeper connection, more expanded capacity for working with energy, and foundational practices of altar work. This is a preparatory course that leads into Month Two and Three.

- Month Two and Three -
Months Two and Three offers an educational container designed to nurture your gifts and provide further guidance in safely channeling your unique medicine. Serving as the continuation of the mentorship, this course supports students in solidifying in-depth skills with allies and instruments. In Months Two and Three, the focus shifts to the energetics of sound, altar tools, and working within ceremonial containers. This offering includes live calls, active community with fellow students, and guest teachers.Â
Preparing Your Vessel | Confidence & Worthiness
Confidence and worthiness are vital in fully embracing your gifts. In this course, we explore the challenges of identifying and stepping into your unique medicine. Feelings of unworthiness often arise, creating resistance that can manifest physically and psychologically.
This resistance is especially strong when we are on the verge of leveling up, as deeply embedded limiting beliefs, past wounds, or self-sabotaging tendencies may surface. During these moments, it’s common to withdraw as a way to protect oneself from the risks of being fully seen or stepping into one’s power.
Worthiness and confidence work together synergistically. When you fully receive your gifts, understand the significance of your purpose on Earth, and recognize how Spirit is working through you, you begin to cultivate the confidence needed to sharpen your tools and skills. This allows you to be of service in a safe and effective way.
Shadow Work: Part One
Shadow work is the practice of exploring aspects of reality, consciousness, and the human condition that are suppressed from our awareness. Shadow Work can be viewed on the micro and the macro, meaning that there are shadows within the individual, within communities, cultures, bloodlines, countries, humanity as a collective and beyond.
This lecture guides you through the practice of shadow work, where you’ll explore the hidden layers of your psyche and the deeper currents of the human experience. Understanding your shadows is crucial for maintaining integrity and discernment on your path. By becoming aware of both personal and collective shadows, you’ll gain clarity on what you invite into your vessel and the true motivations behind your "why" and intentions for walking this sacred path.
BREATHING FUNDAMENTALS
Breathing is the foundation for building stability, flexibility, and strong internal mechanics. In this course you’ll discover how the element of air serves as a vehicle for sound and vibration, shaped by the body, mind, and spirit.
By understanding the anatomy of breathing, you’ll learn to bridge the connection between what resonates in your heart and how your body can bring those feelings into physical expression. This practice helps you ground your inner wisdom in the rhythm of your breath, allowing you to move through life with greater ease and presence. As you deepen your awareness, you’ll also explore how conscious breathing can enhance your emotional resilience and overall well-being.
